Like many other areas of government there are opportunities to modernize and simplify the processes of the Register of Wills and Orphans Court in Chester County. As a business and technology leader, Michele plans to use her valuable experience to simplify and streamline processes, and ensure programs are working effectively.

Many of the programs and services offered by the Chester County Orphans Court are accessed by individuals during a time when their loved one has passed, which often leaves individuals feeling vulnerable and confused. Chester County deserves a Register of Wills who has the ability to connect individuals with the resources they need and guide them through the process with empathy and compassion.

Michele has spent over 30 years building relationships and giving back to the Chester County Community. As Register of Wills Michele will work to create clear lines of communication within the court system to ensure both families and attorneys know the programs and services available to them.
